Alison earned her Master of Social Work degree from Kennesaw State University in 2016, specializing in Substance Use and Co-Occurring Mental Health Disorders. Over the past decade, she has dedicated her career to supporting individuals on their journey to recovery, working across both inpatient and outpatient treatment settings. Throughout her career, Alison has served in a variety of roles, including Residential Aide, Therapist, Clinical Manager, and now Clinical Program Director. This breadth of experience provides her with a comprehensive understanding of the recovery process and the importance of delivering compassionate, client-centered care at every level. Known for her passion, empathy, and strong leadership, Alison is committed to fostering a supportive environment for both clients and staff. She firmly believes that every individual is capable of change and deserves the opportunity to experience the beauty and fulfillment that recovery and sobriety can bring. Alison recognizes that healing begins with trust, connection, and community. She is dedicated to ensuring that every client feels welcomed, heard, and supported throughout their recovery journey. Through her leadership at Carnes Weeks Center, she strives to create a culture of compassion, collaboration, and hope, empowering individuals to build meaningful and lasting lives in recovery.
