Before McCall, Rich began his journey with Central Naugatuck Valley (CNV) Help, Inc. as the Director of Facilities, and the Director of Information Technology, where he managed the facilities and technology’s daily needs and repairs. He ensured all program locations were safe and welcoming for clients, staff, and visitors. In 2022, Rich received a new title as the Director of Technology, where he demonstrates his passionate for maintaining a safe and secure work environment for all.
