CARF Accreditation

Providing accredited, quality care when it’s needed most.

You have a variety of options when deciding which behavioral healthcare provider is a right fit.  It is an important decision that can change the trajectory of your or your loved one’s life.

Are you considering McCall?

We deeply care about your wellbeing and providing each client with an individualized treatment plan that is evidence-based, trauma-informed, and gender-responsive.  You can see what our clients have to say by visiting our video library, but you don’t have to just take our word for it.

That’s where CARF comes into play.

Founded in 1966, Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) is an independent, nonprofit organization that audits behavioral healthcare, assisted living, and other health and human services agencies.  Receiving accreditation requires a commitment to quality improvement, a focus on the unique needs of each client, and monitoring service outcomes.

Since their founding, CARF has surveyed hundreds of thousands of organizations around the world including McCall.  We are proud recipients of the CARF accreditation and have maintained the international standard since 2019.  Our hope is that this award reiterates to you our commitment to maintaining the highest standards in our field that help us to deliver quality, individualized care that meets your needs.

If you have questions about CARF, please contact Shalyn Sheldon, MSW, Senior Director of Administration & Accreditation at 860.496.2100.
