Never too early

Never too late

Always so important.

Your generous donation supports mental health care for children and seniors.

It’s heartbreaking to acknowledge that the mental health crisis in America is painfully real. Stat after stat shows that people are suffering, and if symptoms are left untreated it can lead to tragic outcomes. In fact, 23% of Connecticut residents who experience symptoms of a mental health disorder do not receive the counseling or therapy they need.*

The good news is that more people are being aware of the importance of taking care of their mental health. Now is the time to take action – to help everyone who wouldn’t have access to mental health care without your kind and thoughtful support.

We’ve been serving western Connecticut communities for more than 50 years and we’ve never seen a mental health crisis like we’re experiencing today. Children and seniors are experiencing the highest need for our services at a time when there aren’t enough resources to meet their needs.

McCall programs and services help people of all ages overcome mental health disorders. With the help of your donation, high quality mental health care can be accessible to all – regardless of their age or their economic circumstances, even if they lack the resources to pay for treatment.

This year’s McCall Annual Appeal concludes at midnight on December 31, 2023. We appreciate your open heart and thoughtful consideration. Together, we can make a meaningful and lasting difference to Connecticut communities.

You can decide where you want to direct your gift:

During this year’s Annual Appeal, we’re offering three giving options:

1. Support for Children

For young people, early intervention and access to mental health services can prevent long-term issues such as chronic mental health conditions, academic difficulties, interpersonal problems, and even substance use. Your donation will provide our youth with the resources and programs they need to lead healthier and happier lives, as well as the confidence to pursue their dreams.

2. Support for Seniors

Seniors often face unique mental health challenges due to factors like isolation, loss of loved ones, and physical health issues. Your donation will not only address the unique mental health challenges that seniors face but will also contribute to their overall well-being and happiness in their later years.

3. Give Essential Resources to All

With your contribution to McCall’s general fund for all age groups, you’re providing essential resources that enable us to continue offering a wide range of services for people in need, including children, seniors, and everyone in between. Your support ensures that we can empower individuals across western Connecticut to lead happier, healthier, and more fulfilling lives.

Whether you’ve supported us in the past or you’re a first-time contributor, the entire McCall staff extends our heartfelt thanks!
