The McCall Whole Health Center Primary Care office is located at 969 W. Main Street, Unit 2D, in Waterbury, offering exceptional, comprehensive primary care services for adults, children, and seniors.
Hours of operation
- Monday through Thursday: 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
- Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Saturday and Sunday: Closed

Everyone is welcome – you don’t have to be a McCall client to receive primary care.
As a patient in McCall’s Primary Care office, you’re the most important member of the health care team.
Your wellness goals come first. We can assist you in making the best choices to improve and maintain your health.
We provide these services and more:
- Routine screenings
- Annual physicals
- STD testing and treatment
- Referrals to specialists, including vision, dental and OB/GYN
- Chronic disease management including heart disease, respiratory disease, diabetes, vitamin deficiency, anemia, and weight management
- Acute illness diagnosis and treatment for common illnesses (colds, flu, infections) and injuries such as sprains, burns, and wounds
- On-site Genoa Pharmacy

That’s why we offer a Sliding Fee Scale to individuals and families who qualify. Depending on your income and family size, the Sliding Fee Scale can significantly reduce the cost of your care.
