Joint Commission Accreditation

Providing accredited, quality care when it’s needed most.

Choosing a behavioral healthcare provider is a deeply personal and important decision—one that can change the trajectory of your life or the life of someone you love. At the McCall Behavioral Health Network, we believe you deserve care that is not only compassionate and individualized, but also held to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Are you considering McCall?

We genuinely care about your wellbeing. Every person we serve receives a tailored treatment plan that is evidence-based, trauma-informed, and gender-responsive.  You can hear directly from those we’ve served by visiting our video library—but you don’t have to rely on testimonials alone.

That’s where the Joint Commission comes in.

The McCall Behavioral Health Network has earned accreditation from the Joint Commission, an independent organization that sets the benchmark for safe, high-quality patient care nationwide. Recognized as the Gold Seal of Approval® in healthcare, this accreditation reflects McCall’s commitment to meeting rigorous national standards for quality and patient safety. To achieve accreditation, McCall underwent a comprehensive, on-site survey that included observations of care delivery, staff interviews, and a thorough review of policies, procedures, and daily operations.

Joint Commission accreditation is not a one-time achievement—it is a continuous process. It affirms that McCall is committed to ongoing standards compliance, sound management practices, and a culture of quality improvement that supports safe, effective, and high-value care for the individuals, families, and communities we serve.
