TORRINGTON, Conn. – January 12, 2025 – The McCall Behavioral Health Network has earned accreditation from the Joint Commission, the nation’s leading independent accrediting body for healthcare organizations. This distinction underscores McCall’s commitment to delivering safe, high-quality, and patient-centered behavioral health care in Connecticut.
The Gold Seal of Approval® is a widely recognized symbol of excellence in healthcare, awarded only to organizations that meet rigorous national standards for quality and patient safety. To ensure full compliance with these standards, McCall underwent a comprehensive, on-site evaluation that examined care delivery, clinical practices, staff engagement, and organizational policies.
