Self-Management and Recovery Training or SMART Recovery, offers self-empowering, science-based, face-to-face, and online support groups for abstaining from any substance or activity.
The four main focuses of the groups include:
- Building and Maintaining Motivation
- Coping with Urges
- Managing Thoughts, Feelings, and Behaviors
- Living a Balanced Life
Online meetings for youth up to age 18
Thursdays, 4 – 5 p.m.
In-person meetings for friends and families
Mondays, 5 – 6 p.m.
