SMART Recovery

Empowering and validating youth in their decision to abstain from substance use.

Self-Management and Recovery Training or SMART Recovery, offers self-empowering, science-based, face-to-face, and online support groups for abstaining from any substance or activity. 

The four main focuses of the groups include: 

  • Building and Maintaining Motivation
  • Coping with Urges
  • Managing Thoughts, Feelings, and Behaviors 
  • Living a Balanced Life

Online meetings for youth up to age 18
