Acudetox (Auricular Acupuncture)
Sometimes called Auricular Acupuncture, Acudetox is a holistic form of treatment that uses ear acupuncture to help provide relief for anxiety or other mental health symptoms. It’s designed to strengthen your road to recovery and supplement your treatment plan.
Acudetox uses the NADA protocol, which is a non-verbal approach to healing in which up to five small, sterilized disposable needles are gently placed into specific sites on each ear. From there, recipients sit quietly in a group setting for 30-45 minutes allowing the treatment to take effect.

- Reduced cravings for alcohol and drugs, including nicotine
- Minimized withdrawal symptoms
- Increased calmness, better sleep, and less agitation
- Relief from stress and emotional trauma

Art Therapy

Pet Therapy
Pet therapy is a guided interaction between individuals and trained animals that helps reduce anxiety, improve mood, and foster emotional healing through the comfort and companionship animals provide.
Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique in which a Reiki master uses gentle hand movements with the intention to guide the flow of healthy energy through your body to reduce stress and promote emotional healing.
Sound
Our sound healing practices use calming frequencies and vibrations to promote relaxation, emotional balance, and overall wellbeing.
Qigong
Experience the ancient practice of Qigong, blending gentle movement, breathwork, and meditation. This restorative therapy enhances inner balance, reduces tension, and promotes overall well-being.
Wellness Fitness Programs
Reignite energy and restore balance through movement. Our fitness programs combine cardio and mindful exercise to support physical wellness, boost mood, and strengthen the mind-body connection.
