Addiction Case Management: Navigating the road to recovery
We know the struggles of substance use and mental health disorders. More importantly, we want you to know you’re not alone. Our Addiction Case Management Program is designed to provide you with proactive, personalized and confidential support along your road to recovery.
Services include:
- Regular meetings with your Addiction Case Manager to track your progress and assess your needs
- Referrals to individual counseling
- Referrals to group counseling
- Referrals to substance use treatment
- Referrals to mental health treatment
- Education and consultation regarding services and support available to you in the local region
- Connections to peer and recovery support groups in your community

Senior Services: Maintaining independence, creating connections
At McCall, we understand it’s easy to feel isolated as you age. But we also know the positive impact that staying connected can have on your health, happiness, and overall well-being. Our Senior Outreach and Engagement Program is designed to provide confidential services in a person-centered, culturally sensitive manner that reduces substance misuse, stabilizes behavioral health symptoms, and improves quality of life.
Services include:
- Regular meetings with your Senior Outreach and Engagement Specialist to track your progress and assess your needs
- Individual counseling (including in-home counseling)
- Group counseling
- Referrals to substance use treatment
- Referrals to mental health treatment
- Connections to senior service networks
- Collaboration with other caregivers including family and physicians
- Education and consultation regarding services and supports available to you in the local region
- Assistance in fostering community connection

Mobile Employment Services: Paving a solid path for success
We understand the mutual barriers between employment and addiction recovery – and we’re committed to helping you overcome both. Our Mobile Employment Services Program is designed to help you find stable, fulfilling employment that will help you feel confident and successful, in life and at work.
Services include:
- Regular meetings with your Mobile Employment Specialist to track your progress and assess your needs
- Vocational assessments and counseling
- Résumé writing assistance
- Job search planning and support
- Referrals to prospective employers
- Interview preparation and mock interviewing
- Communication skills development
- Interview transportation coordination
- Preparation and support to ease the stressors of beginning work
- Connections to peer and recovery support groups in your community

Mobile Wellness Van: Breaking down barriers to care.
With no appointment or insurance necessary to receive services, and a weekly schedule in convenient, the Mobile Wellness Van makes it easier for individuals to access the recovery care and support they need.
Services include:
- Same-day Medication-Assisted Treatment
- Connections to a variety of resources such as:
- Housing
- Employment
- COVID-19 assistance
- Care appointment
- Harm reduction
- Peer recovery support

Migeon Avenue Apartments: Providing a solid foundation to recover and rebuild
For those with a history of homelessness, our Migeon Avenue Apartments offer a safe, healthy environment and the support they need to get back on their feet. Our four apartments include case management services that focus on maintaining housing, recovering from substance use and establishing and maintaining employment.
Placement into the Migeon Avenue Apartments is made through the Northwest Coordinated Access Network.
