Shawn is a graduate of the University of Hartford, where he earned his BS and MBA. He holds a certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) and is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM). Shawn’s diverse and extensive background in Human Resources spans over two decades. He has held several leadership positions in healthcare organizations, gaining a great deal of experience at nonprofit and governmental agencies.
