Effective March 1, 2025 – The use of nicotine and tobacco products in any form, including vapes, are prohibited on all McCall Behavioral Health Network properties and grounds for clients, staff, and visitors.

✔️ 20 minutes after quitting: Heart rate and blood pressure begin to drop.

✔️ 12 hours after quitting: Carbon monoxide levels in the blood return to normal.

✔️ 2 weeks to 3 months after quitting: Circulation and lung function improve.

✔️ 1 year after quitting: Risk of heart disease is cut in half compared to a smoker.

✔️ 5-10 years after quitting: Stroke risk significantly decreases.
